Established in 2003 as a family-owned company, we are certified as a crewing and personnel recruitment agency by the Romanian Naval Authority. Our Head-office is located in Constanta, one of the largest port in Romania, traditional home city of thousands of seamen. Our activity is managed by Romeo Teodorescu (Managing Director), Dragos Teodorescu (Crew manager) and Mihaela Ninulescu (Assistant Manager).

Delta Crewing Ltd is dedicated for serving different maritime companies worldwide. As we have partnerships with ship owners and ship management from Sweden, Finland, Italy, Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria, we are able to find seamen with the appropriate qualifications within the shortest time. We have one of the most extensive databases of Romanian seamen. 90% of these seamen have prior experience working for international ship-owners. We are able to fulfill requests for seamen of all ranks; our database contains highly skilled and experienced officers and ratings. All of our candidates have been educated at the two well known local Naval Academies and also the Romanian Maritime Training Center. Their certificates and licenses are in accordance with S.T.C.W.95 and other relevant International Regulations.

Services

As a crewing and manning agency, we have flexible services of any type of cooperation since we have got different contracts with Principals from Sweden, Finland, Italy Cyprus, Greece and Bulgaria. Therefore, we are open to any incoming proposal or type of contract.

We have highly skilled officers and ratings in our database. They have been educated, trained at Romanian Maritime Training Center and received certificates and licenses in accordance with STCW 95 and other International Regulations.

Engine/Electrical engineers able to perform various repair jobs and maintenance. Experienced ratings and in the same qualification conditions we can offer authorized traveling fitters for steel work during the voyage.

We provide crew for shore/shipyards jobs like mixed flying team (mechanics, pipe fitters, welders). The welders have a long experience in preparing of steel and also are certified and internationally recognized like ABS, DNV, BV, GL etc.

Before assigning to work, all our candidates are compulsory tested in compliance with medical requirements with drugs and alcohol.
